What we are looking for:

CST Training LTD is expanding and we are in search of dedicated First Aid Trainers who possess a keen understanding and expertise in the field. If you are passionate about first aid and have the qualifications and experience to train others, we would like to hear from you. As a Freelance First Aid Trainer, you will have the opportunity to mould our training sessions and have the potential to transition into a permanent role.

You will work from one of five venues, Dartford, Slough, London, Manchester or Bristol. Please note that you should be able to commute to these venues without an overnight stay.

There may also be further travel required to client venues for bespoke training.

Key Qualifications

Key Qualifications:

Hold a current Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work certificate, issued by an Ofqual/SQA/Qualifications Wales/CCEA Regulation recognized Awarding Organisation or equivalent.

Alternatively:
Current registration as:

A Doctor with the General Medical Council (GMC) or
A Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or
A Paramedic with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or
Highfield Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) 9.

A Level 3 award in education and training or a similar qualification.

Demonstrable knowledge and competency in the safe use of an adrenaline auto-injector.

A record of courses you have led or been involved with and any continuous professional development undertaken within the past 3 years.

Commitment to maintain appropriate continued professional development for the subject area.

Advantageous Qualifications:
• Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice.
