NVQs (National Vocational Qualifications) in Construction Management are the UK’s most widely recognised and respected qualifications within the construction industry. Finally, Level 6 NVQs in Construction Management require learners to develop a deep understanding of processes and procedures within large organisations. This includes having an in-depth knowledge of project planning, cost control systems, risk management practices and environmental legislation. At this level students are expected to lead change initiatives within their organisation that improve performance levels across all areas of operation.
